Keep It Sweet Chester is a family run mobile sweet shop operated by Ollie and Ethan Butler, covering Chester, Cheshire and the surrounding area.

For anything about your data, contact us using the details on our contact page, or write to us at [ADD YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS].

Only what you type into our forms:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• Details about your event: type, date, location, rough guest numbers and what you are looking for
• Anything else you write in the message box

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and we do not buy or receive your details from anyone else.

We use your details for one thing: to reply to your booking request or enquiry and, if you go ahead, to organise your event.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests for answering an enquiry you sent us, and performance of a contract once you book. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to third-party marketers.

The only exception is the technical services that run this website and our email, which store the data on our behalf, and anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

Enquiries we do not take further are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant. Records relating to a booking we carried out are kept for [ADD RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 12 months, or 6 years if you need them for accounting] and then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.

This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click through.

The only cookie we set is a session cookie created when a site administrator signs in to manage the website. It is strictly necessary, it contains no personal information about visitors, and it is deleted on sign out.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Restrict or object to how we use it

Just ask and we will sort it, normally within one month and free of charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right.
